Printing services

Attendees of both the main conference and the pre-conference weekend programme are welcome to use the printing service provided by the university. The cost is 30 euros per poster. Posters must be prepared in portrait orientation and will be printed in A0 format. The deadline to place your order is Friday, 11 October 2024. Posters will get delivered directly to the appropriate conference location.

On-site assistance

Poster board volunteers will help hang posters and provide scissors and tape. For those who ordered printing, you will be able to collect your poster at the registration desk located at the congress venue.

Posters to be presented at the School of Philology should be collected from the information point located on the ground floor of that building.
