Welcome reception
The ECAI 2024 welcome reception is scheduled 20th October, 19h at the Galicia's Auditorium. Due to the limited capacity of the venue, this event is reserved for the main conference attendees who got confirmation.
Walking the Santiago's French Way
The final section of the Santiago’s French Way will be completed, from Monte do Gozo to Praza do Obradoiro. The starting point is the first place where pilgrims see the towers of the cathedral, and the last stage of the French Way. This route is of low difficulty and covers 4.5 km, with an estimated duration of 1 hour.
- Meeting point: Galicia Conference and Exhibition Centre. Departure by bus to Monte do Gozo.
- Time: 5:30 p.m.
Participants are reminded to follow these rules at all times:
- Wear comfortable shoes and, in case of rain, appropriate waterproof clothing.
- Follow the instructions of the support staff at all times to guarantee the safety and proper development of the activity.
- Respect the pedestrian traffic rules, staying on the marked paths at all times.
We appreciate your cooperation in making this experience safe and enjoyable for everyone.
***At the end of the tour, there will be a bus service to the Galicia Conference and Exhibition Centre, to transport those people staying in its surroundings.

CONFERENCE DINNER
The Conference Dinner is scheduled for Wednesday 23rd October, 20h and will be held in an emblematic place in Santiago de Compostela, the Galician City of Culture. It is an impressive set of buildings, designed by Peter Eisenman, one of the most famous architects in the world. Capacity is limited, so it is important that you register as soon as possible if you wish to attend.
Bus transportation will be provided by the ECAI 2024 organization.
Price: 90€ per person
CLOSING RECEPTION
The closing reception is scheduled 24th October, 15:30h at the Galicia's Conference and Exhibition Centre.
